Overview:
The Senior Art Director, Brand Campaigns, Social role will support the Walmart Creative Studio in concept through execution for brand campaigns that translate across multiple channels, but are firmly rooted in social-first thinking and execution. Our ideal candidate must be a strategically minded problem solver, conceptual thinker and able to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. They should be organized, detail-oriented and exhibit outstanding creative judgement while dreaming big and pushing boundaries.
In this role, the Senior Art Director will partner with a Senior Copywriter and work alongside creative leadership to connect the overarching marketing strategy, social strategy, and execute campaign content at the scale of Walmart and the speed of social. This role works collaboratively with other team leads (within creative & cross-functionally) and focuses primarily on social campaigns but will flex onto other 360 campaign work as needed.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
