You'll contribute insight-driven concepts and help set a high standard for modern, aspirational fashion photo and video shoots. Additionally, you'll maintain elevated graphic design consistency in post-production. This role requires a mix of creative expertise and hands-on skills, with experience blending visual world-building, conceptual thinking, and strong organizational abilities, balancing creativity with agility and precision.Key Responsibilities:Support Best-in-Class Work:• Contribute strategic ideas in response to creative briefs, helping to enhance KPIs around brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.• Apply critical thinking to ensure alignment with creative objectives.• Support the ideation, design, and execution of fashion initiatives and conversion-driven campaigns. Collaborate with the team to create cohesive, on-brand visual concepts, write scripts, and work with production partners to select collaborators (e.g., photographers, stylists).• Contribute to casting decisions, location scouting, shot lists, and other production elements.• Participate in shoots, support post-production processes (e.g., retouching, editing), and help ensure the final delivery of cohesive asset suites.• Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform creative decisions.Maintain Brand Consistency:• Support brand cohesion across all creative assets and materials at every level of the consumer journey.Client Satisfaction:• Build relationships with peer teams, such as marketing, the fashion office, and editorial, to support business growth and continuity.Qualifications:• Proven experience as an art director or similar role in the fashion retail industry• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multi-channel creative projects• Exceptional visual storytelling and world-building skills• Strong collaboration and time management skills• In-depth understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior• Proficiency in creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Figma, Office 365, and Slack• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative role• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related fieldReporting:• Reports to Associate Creative Director, FashionWhy Join Us:We have a thrilling job to be done: make Walmart fashion relevant to every American consumer.
