Position Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Sam’s Club Field Management is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on aligning talent strategies with business outcomes across Sam’s Club Field Operations. In this dynamic and impactful position, you will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and people partners, driving the full cycle recruiting process for both internal and external candidates.

Operational Support: Provide recruiting support that aligns with field operations, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Talent Pipeline Development: Research industry trends and develop advanced sourcing skills to build a robust talent pipeline.

Project Management Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Retail Management Experience: Experience in recruiting for retail management roles, with a deep understanding of the retail industry's unique challenges and needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
