The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Sam’s Club Field Management is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on aligning talent strategies with business outcomes across Sam’s Club Field Operations. In this dynamic and impactful position, you will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and people partners, driving the full cycle recruiting process for both internal and external candidates.

  • Operational Support: Provide recruiting support that aligns with field operations, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

  • Talent Pipeline Development: Research industry trends and develop advanced sourcing skills to build a robust talent pipeline.

Live Better U is a company paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
