Position Summary:The Walmart+ Payments team is responsible for enabling seamless payments for all our members while maintaining a best-in-class experience. The team owns all Walmart+ payment funnels, associated member communications, and escalation management.As a staff product manager, you will own various aspects of the member journey and be obsessed with solving customer pain points. You will strive for excellence in both front-end enhancements and back-end architecture. Your goal will be a passion to continually improve our conversion rates while solving for Walmart+ members.What you will do:Own multiple payment workstreamsCollaborate with multiple cross-functional teams such as business, treasury, platform, care, design, technology, etc. and use your influencing skills to prioritize and execute on your visionWrite requirement docs, prioritize initiatives, conduct reviews, execute on delivering initiatives from concept to launchCreate testing strategies for initiatives that include but are not limited to A/B, Pre/Post, ramps, etc.Make data-driven decisions in conjunction with your own analysisLeverage AI and ML to improve our conversion ratesWhat we are looking for:5+ years of product management experienceFamiliarity with the payments ecosystemBias for actionAbility to navigate large organizations and influence othersDeep analytical, technical, and problem-solving skillsA penchant to learn and embrace changeAn avid listener who is maniacally focused on solving customer pain pointsUnderstanding of various frameworks such as Jobs To Be Done, Customer Journey Maps, Lean Canvas, Product Market Fit, MVP, etc.Self-starter with the ability to succeed with little or no directionMinimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
