Product analysts at Brigit are embedded within a product pod - a cross-functional team responsible for the growth and development of our flagship products. The Credit Builder team has helped over a hundred thousand people improve their credit score while building a savings habit - and we’re just getting started. • Develop dashboards to monitor metrics, the key levers/inputs into our forecasts and progress towards goals.

  • Communicate results through written and verbal presentations for a broad range of audiences - from technical to executive.

  • Become the key data partner for Credit Builder to finance, operations and compliance as necessary.

  • Lend your expertise to help your teammates and coworkers to improve processes and performance.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years in analytics with strong SQL. Exposure to Python and ML are a plus.

  • Expertise in Product Analytics. Bonus points if you have experience working with financial, B2C and/or Saas products.

  • Superior communication skills - particularly the ability to succinctly communicate complex qualitative and quantitative information verbally, visually, and in writing for technical, business, and executive audiences.

  • Working knowledge of statistical concepts. Expertise in exploratory data analysis.

  • Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests. Practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies and frameworks

  • Ability to synthesize often ambiguous problems and develop frameworks for decision-making.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and assert influence without authority.

  • Ability to think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, often ambiguous work environment

  • Strong sense of intellectual curiosity about our users and products, balanced with humility, drive, and teamwork

  • Experience in a fast-paced consumer or fintech startup environment is strongly preferred.
