How do our Front Desk Coordinators Drive Impact?

Our Front Desk Coordinator will be the face of the dealership by greeting customers and directing them to our sales and service professionals.

Greet and direct customers arriving at the dealership

Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate departments

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Ensure a constant supply of deal jackets for the Sales Floor
  • Assist with service phone calls, paperwork, and cashiering
  • Scan customer information into system
