The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of short-term vacation rentals. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels in hospitality and property management.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience Management

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly

  • Collaborate with our concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction

  • Ensure top-notch hospitality standards across all properties

Property Operations and Maintenance

  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades

  • Implement preventative maintenance schedules

  • Conduct routine property inspections

  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

Financial Oversight

  • Develop and manage property budgets

  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records

  • Optimize property performance and revenue

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards

  • Implement and maintain risk management strategies

  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in property management, or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality

  • Proven track record in guest relations and property operations

  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills

  • Proficiency in property management software

  • Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) (bonus)

Work Environment
