In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Maintain and optimize our Salesforce instance on a day to day basis to drive the sales team productivity and efficiency
  • Continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions
  • Proactively identify drop-off points in the sales funnel and implement configuration changes to improve the productivity of the sales organization through the Salesforce platform
  • Manage all aspects of Salesforce configuration changes from scoping to implementation
  • Leverage our sandbox to deliver seamless improvements/changes to the platform
  • Develop impactful and robust reporting tools to drive sales manager and team member productivity that increase visibility and uncover actionable insights
  • Partner with sales leadership stakeholders to build new tactics to drive growth and optimization through the Salesforce platform
  • Partner with the sales enablement team to increase user adoption and develop sales training plans to improve the team’s overall productivity


Skills and experience we’re looking for
  • Salesforce Expertise - 5+ years working with Salesforce on the admin side. Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Technology - Slack, Salesloft, LeanData & Workato tooling proficiency. 
  • Data and Analytics - SQL and analysis skills 
  • Resourcefulness - Demonstrated track record of persevering in the face of adversity where priorities and direction can evolve quickly. A positive can-do attitude and be adaptable to evolving business goals
  • Collaboration - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders 
  • Prioritization & problem-solving - Knows how to break down complex problems and identify root causes. Knows how to balance what needs to be done with what’s possible to do. Understands the scope of an issue and its priority
  • Curiosity - Never assume anything and ask impactful questions to understand where the gaps are and where to add value
  • Passion for clients - Is incredibly passionate about our clients and our products
