Salary and benefits

Salary will be £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.  Benefits include private medical insurance, 25 days’ annual leave (rising to 28 days with length of service), enhanced maternity and paternity leave, income protection, and pension. Based in our Wellingborough head office you will have the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.

What your day will look like

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and initial requirements.
  • Analyse and communicate the end-to-end business impacts of changes across people, processes, systems, and customers.
  • Elicit, analyse, and validate requirements for new and changing business processes, policies, and technologies.
  • Produce business requirements/user stories and process maps, ensuring traceability to project objectives and benefits.
  • Work with project managers to create project approaches and plans, and ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
  • Support UAT, training, project communication, and implementation, while contributing to the development of business analysis capabilities. 

What you will  have 

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst across full project lifecycle, within Financial Services organisations.
  • Agile and Waterfall delivery experience
  • Experience delivering Operational Design (Business-Processes), process re-engineering and supporting business-change projects.
  • Ability and willingness to take ownership.
  • Ability to communicate with and manage stakeholders at all levels of the business. 

It would be nice for you to have 

  • Business Analysis qualification (e.g. ISEB, Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince II).
