As an HRG, you will provide support for human resources related programs. This role requires professional internal and external-facing relationship building. You will administer firm policies, procedures, and execute processes for designated supporting departments. You will lead engaging new hire orientations in-person and virtually. You will also collaborate with other team members to prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, company policies, training, and compliance, and you will partner with leaders to support a variety of employee lifecycle needs.About You• You’re professional and a people person. You’re able to prioritize multiple projects at one time while maintaining high attention to detail.• You’re HR Savvy. We look forward to you sharing your HR knowledge with us of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures.• You have a few years of experience through school and work. You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field with 1-3 years of experience in human resources.Example Responsibilities• Assist in developing and executing procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations• Participate in development of HR objectives, metrics and systems• Assist in administering compensation and employee performance programs• Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the employee experience• Ensure legal compliance of state and federal regulations and employment laws• Facilitate new hire onboarding processes to deliver an exceptional first-day experience• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation and exit interviews• Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to a variety of employee relations mattersWeaver Benefits At Weaver, our most valuable resource is our people. Our goal is to balance both high development with high performance to meet the long-term goals of each individual, team, and our firm.Annual Base Pay: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.People are our formula!
