Senior IT Support Engineer (Onsite)

Weedmaps is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer for onsite duties in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will lead the IT support team, provide technical assistance, mentor junior members, and oversee IT projects.

Skills

Experience in MacOS environment
Proficiency in Jamf, G Suite, and/or Okta
Network/System Administration skills
IT project management experience
Troubleshooting complex IT issues
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor IT Support Engineers and Specialists
Serve as primary contact for onsite support and IT lab organization
Collaborate with infrastructure teams for administrative duties
Manage IT projects from planning to completion
Evaluate and recommend IT solutions for efficiency
Conduct assessments of IT systems for improvement
Stay informed of emerging technologies in the IT industry
Ensure compliance with IT security and data privacy regulations
Design and support onboarding efforts for new hires

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
