As a Construction Administrator, you'll report directly to the Assistant Director of Asset Management & Support and contribute to the seamless administration of our Asset Management team. Your day-to-day duties will not only require a keen eye for detail but also the ability to manage time effectively. This hybrid role allows flexibility with three days in the office and two days for remote work, providing the perfect balance for those who thrive in different environments. To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in the construction industry, be proficient in MS Office programs, and understand key processes such as contracts, vendor ledger management, purchase order processing, vendor scheduling, and time entry.
