Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary, commercially driven Head of Digital Marketing Services to lead our digital operations and drive growth across a global client base at Adapt Worldwide (a Welocalize Company). This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for scaling revenue, enhancing client solutions, and ensuring technical innovation aligns with client needs and market trends. You will bring a strong agency background, digital fluency, and a clear perspective on the role of AI in the future of marketing.


Main Responsibilities

- Lead revenue growth and drive top-line performance across all digital marketing services.

- Define and evolve the strategic vision of the agency, ensuring alignment with current and emerging market trends.

- Oversee the development and delivery of technical products and services, with a focus on AI-driven solutions.

- Guide the creation and implementation of streamlined processes across departments and functions.

- Ensure the development and execution of seamless, integrated client solutions across diverse product offerings.

- Oversee and promote cross-selling opportunities across the wider group to maximise commercial impact.

- Maintain the optimal balance between in-house capabilities and freelance/outsourced resources.

- Inspire and develop leaders across specialist teams to foster a high-performing, growth-oriented culture.


Skills & Attributes Required

- Proven creative problem-solver with a strong ability to design bespoke solutions for client challenges.

- Strategic thinker with a clear long-term vision and an understanding of how to execute it in phases.

- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with fluency in tools, terminology, and technologies.

- AI-savvy, with an ability to identify and apply automation and machine learning to enhance services.

- Quick and confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Exceptional client-handling skills, including pitching and executive-level stakeholder management.

- Revenue and goal-focused mindset with a sharp commercial acumen.

- Technically literate, able to lead or advise on tech developments and integrations.


Experience

- 5+ years of agency-side experience, having held senior leadership roles (e.g., Managing Partner or above).

- 3+ years of direct digital marketing experience.

- Demonstrated success in driving revenue and hitting commercial targets.

- Proven ability to manage multi-territory and multilingual marketing campaigns.

- Experience working with enterprise-level clients in diverse sectors.

- Exposure to in-house ad tech or proprietary marketing technology platforms.

- Experience within the localisation industry is highly advantageous.

- Experience working in or with teams across Asia is a plus.
