Do you want to be a technical subject matter expert with our growing Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) team?
As a WEM Innovation Lead, you will be presenting the Genesys value proposition, technologies, strategies, and product roadmaps. You will be the subject matter expert on our WEM platform. Our WEM system shines a light on employees and their satisfaction while enabling them to achieve higher productivity and deliver better customer experiences. Genesys was recognized as a Visionary in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for WEM.
Discover:
You will run workshops with business users to uncover gaps and opportunities, define the projected benefits, and present the outcomes to all stakeholders. In these discovery workshops, you will create a strategy illustrating where our technology makes the largest impact.
Design:
You will create customized demonstrations, with the opportunity to showcase the impactfulness of the full WEM solution. This roadmap will tell the story of how together Genesys products and the customer will solve and overcome their business challenges.
Deliver:
You will meet your goals and help the field close opportunities by helping customers understand the potential of the Genesys Cloud WEM solution. In collaboration with our Sales, Marketing, and Product Management groups, you will provide insight into the use cases and how our solution fits the customer’s needs.
Learn:
Through ongoing learning of Genesys solutions and industry best practices, you will continue to advise the customer through the implementation process to ensure value.
Requirements:
You have worked on a team in a sales, sales engineering, solution consultant, or solutions engineering role and have demonstrated your passion to succeed and meet goals and targets. You will have 5+ years of experience, preferably working in a SaaS company.
You can present new technologies and apply them to business practices to show where our WEM solution will solve the customer’s needs.
You should be comfortable presenting and discussing technology to all levels of the organization, being able to convey the Genesys Cloud WEM value proposition.
You must be able to establish trust and credibility by listening to and communicating with account executives, solution consultants, product management, sales leaders, partners, and customers.
You must have the ability to self-guide and rank asks to deliver the most strategic outcome.
You have to have a passion for Cloud technology and be able to work in an environment that is constantly evolving.

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$87,100.00 - $180,900.00
