Role Objectives:

The WEP Clinical Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote WEP Clinical and its services, enhancing brand visibility and driving business growth. This role requires expertise in executing strategies across various digital marketing channels, including data analytics, SEO for content marketing, and social media. The ideal candidate will be analytical, strategic, and proactive in staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends to maximize outreach and engagement.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.)
  • Oversee WordPress website development and maintenance in collaboration with senior marketing team members
  • Support social media marketing efforts, including content scheduling, graphic creation, engagement strategies, and analytics tracking
  • Manage media buying and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), ensuring campaigns stay within budget and resources are allocated effectively
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand target audience behavior and the competitive landscape
  • Perform SEO audits and recommend optimizations to improve website content and organic search rankings
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics dashboards
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, including automation and A/B testing for optimization
  • Identify and implement growth strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and overall business growth
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies


What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within B2B or the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns and optimize performance
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing platforms
  • Experience with WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Meta, X, and YouTube
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office O365 and social media data/metrics dashboards
  • Expertise in SEO, Paid Search, and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe CC (video/graphic design)
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
