As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind the Marketing Operations of an Oceans client. You will play a crucial role in growing their brand and/or revenue by managing marketing activities that span across many channels, such as social media, paid campaigns, content, strategy, and much more. By executing marketing strategies and overseeing day-to-day operations, your impact will be felt across the company as you fuel their success and scale their business.

Your primary partners will be the Executive and marketing team members at our client’s business. Together you’ll ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, your vertical focus will be on driving brand growth and/or revenue through marketing strategy, optimizing campaigns, and executing marketing activities that directly contribute to business growth. Your horizontal focus will include collaboration across teams, process improvement, and data analysis to ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum impact. You’ll need to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution to ensure marketing success.

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
