About The Role 

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Social Media and Communication Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic Marketing & Brand Communication team. You will work closely with Senior Corporate and Brand Communication Officer to capture public attention through an effective social media plan and execution as well as events while evaluating its impact based on INDICO’s communication goals. You’re responsible to convey brand and product knowledge, shaping perceptions, and leveraging strategic channels and campaigns for internal and external stakeholders. The candidate must be capable of writing on various topics related to INDICO's businesses and will be responsible for planning, editing, and publishing content and events across the company's social media and other various channels. This person shall also provide copywriting for other publications, including but not limited to newsletters, pitch articles, video storylines, and press releases.  

What you will do but not limited to:

  • Craft clear, engaging, and strategic copy to enhance awareness of INDICO and its businesses. 
  • Develop well-structured content drafts and manage the editorial process from ideation to publication, including a daily editorial plan. 
  • Proofread and edit all written materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. 
  • Conduct research on industry trends, INDICO’s platforms, and its portfolio to support content creation. 
  • Collaborate with the creative design team (graphic designers & videographers) to produce compelling social media content. 
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance and metrics on social media, providing insights and reports to optimize engagement and reach. 
  • Manage online interactions, including responding to comments and other inquiries, to foster stakeholder engagement. 
  • Ensure all content aligns with corporate branding guidelines. 
  • Assist with planning, logistics, and promotional materials to ensure smooth execution and engagement for marketing and communication event. 
  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities majoring in communication, PR, marketing, business or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content writing, digital marketing, or digital PR preferred. 
  • Strong ability to adapt tone and messaging to suit different social media platforms. 
  • Proficiency in analysing and measuring social media performance to enhance engagement and reach. 
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Indonesian. 
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams for cohesive and impactful campaign execution. 
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn.
