Job Summary
The Avionics Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting and/or performing needed repairs to aircraft systems utilizing test equipment and hand tools to return aircraft to service per FAA and manufacturers specifications.

You'll use your trusty hand tools and state-of-the-art test equipment to ensure all aircraft meet FAA and manufacturer specifications, effectively bringing planes back into service. You'll be learning and assisting with routine installations and repairs on general aviation aircraft, while also making sure that customer property is treated with the utmost care throughout the entire process. Accurate documentation in Corridor and keeping your work area organized is part of your daily routine. Safety is crucial, and you’ll be following procedures to use equipment responsibly and efficiently. There’s a clear path for advancement—complete your training syllabus, and you'll be well on your way! With at least three years of experience in avionics modifications and installations preferably on corporate and business aircraft, you’ll have your own set of basic tools and might even hold an FCC Certification or Airframe certification, though they are not mandatory.
