Job Description

Operating a restaurant requires a multitude of talents, each as essential as the next. For you it’s not whether the glass is half full or half empty, it's about orchestrating seamless table turns and ensuring every guest experience is top-notch. The ultimate multi-tasker, you effortlessly juggle table touches with finesse. At Westgate Resorts our restaurants run at full tilt. Are you ready to take the handoff?

Duties

  • Oversee day to day operations.
  • Provide excellent customer satisfaction, service speed, and product quality.
  • Control budget.
  • Conduct monthly inventory.
  • Effectively lead, manage and communicate with teams.
  • Recruit, train and supervise all staff.
  • Meet safety and sanitation standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Directly supervises team members in the location.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include training and coaching team members.
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work.
  • Assisting in appraising performance and rewarding team members.
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree GED.
  • The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
