The purpose of the Service Attendant is to maximize customer satisfaction by maintaining efficient traffic flow through the Toyota Service Lane while maintaining the cleanliness of the lane. This is a support position and often requires assisting with projects or miscellaneous tasks as determined by current department needs.
White River Toyota is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Service Attendant to join our expanding service team in White River Junction, VT. As a Service Attendant, you'll be at the forefront of customer satisfaction, ensuring that our service lane flows smoothly and efficiently. Your primary role will involve warmly greeting customers upon their arrival and assisting them as they enter the service department. You'll also be responsible for moving vehicles in and out of the service lane, prepping them with protective materials, and keeping the entrance and exit areas clean and orderly. This position is all about support, so you may find yourself tackling various projects or tasks as the department requires. We’re looking for someone who is at least 18 years old, has a valid driver's license and a good driving record, and ideally has some experience driving manual vehicles. Beyond just driving, we value friendliness and a great sense of humor, as these traits enhance the customer experience.
