We are seeking a Business Analyst II to partner closely with the Growth Product team to drive data-driven decisions aimed at acquiring, engaging, and retaining our member base. This role focuses on leveraging data to fuel growth, combining deep analytics with strategic foresight to enhance the member journey. By identifying actionable insights and scaling new opportunities, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how WHOOP members experience and benefit from our platform.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Growth Product team to influence decisions that acquire, engage, and retain our members. Your data-driven mindset will help you analyze key growth metrics across various dimensions, from geography to membership types, allowing you to identify actionable insights. Collaborating with your teammates, you will assess member behavior and make recommendations aimed at optimizing their overall experience. Your analytical prowess will also shine as you design and analyze tests, like A/B testing, which inform our product roadmap. We emphasize the importance of seamless data integration, and you'll ensure we have a unified view of engagement metrics. Proactive insights will be essential—you’ll present findings and strategies to leadership and the Growth Product team, enhancing our growth journey. Reporting will become your forte as you create intuitive dashboards to track key metrics, empowering your peers with real-time data. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a growth context, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Your technical skills, especially your SQL prowess and knowledge of data visualization tools like Looker, will be important for success.
