WinnCompanies is looking for a Resident Relocation Assistant to join our team at Ridge Crest, an 84-unit residential community located in St. Louis, MO.
In this role, you will ensure a smooth relocation process for residents, support residents with completing housing applications, and ensure compliance with the regulator.

WinnCompanies is excited to invite applications for the Resident Relocation Assistant position at Ridge Crest, our vibrant 84-unit residential community in St. Louis, MO. In this pivotal role, you will be the guiding light for residents as they navigate their relocation processes. Your day-to-day will involve reviewing schedules of renovation units, collaborating closely with contractors to confirm timelines, and conducting individual interviews with residents to understand their unique relocation needs. But that's just the beginning! You'll also keep residents updated with weekly communications, assist with critical move-related services like utility connections, and coordinate with our property management team to ensure all special requests are handled with care and efficiency. In addition to a high school diploma or GED, we’re seeking someone who has a solid 3-5 years of experience in property management or an administrative role, especially if you have advanced skills in Microsoft Office and outstanding customer service abilities. Your meticulous attention to detail and adept communication skills will help ensure that every resident feels supported throughout their move.
