Talent Sourcer (FTC)

With Intelligence are continuing to grow and we need an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our London based team for a FTC. This role will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent for our Tech team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific talent needs across various departments, focusing on building a pipeline of qualified candidates for our dynamic global organisation.

Your role will involve utilising a range of sourcing techniques, including engaging with candidates through social media, job boards, and networking events. You’ll have the chance to represent our company culture, share insights about available opportunities, and cultivate relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

This contract position is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic tech recruiter to contribute to our growth and support our commitment to diversity and inclusivity within the workplace.

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar recruitment role in the Technology or Data sector (agency or inhouse)
  • Strong skills in sourcing and engaging potential candidates through various platforms, including online and social media
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Adept at identifying talent and assessing candidate suitability for specific roles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with hiring teams
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment
  • Experience in the data or technology sectors is essential.
