Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Location: Hybrid - Bay Area

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the successful execution of complex technical programs and projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, align technical initiatives with business goals, and ensure that all program milestones are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs from concept to completion.

    • Define program objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

    • Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, product management, operations, and other stakeholders.

    • Facilitate effective communication to align teams on priorities and dependencies.

  • Project Management:

    • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.

    • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage changes to project scope and timelines.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical requirements, constraints, and solutions.

    • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment.

  • Performance Tracking:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.

    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Drive process improvements to enhance program efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience (X+ years) as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.

    • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and technical architectures.

    • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

    • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred:
