Job Description

We are seeking an eCommerce Partnership Manager to drive growth by onboarding new agencies and customers to Wix's eCommerce ecosystem. This is a high-impact role focused on building strategic relationships, driving adoption, and contributing to revenue generation. Your compensation includes a robust variable component, offering significant earning potential tied directly to your performance. On a day to day basis, you will be focused on:

  1. Agency Acquisition:

    • Identify, recruit, and onboard agencies interested in becoming Wix implementation partners.

    • Cultivate long-term relationships to ensure agencies actively bring new customers to Wix.

    • Provide resources and support to agencies, helping them grow their customer base and succeed on Wix.

  2. Customer Acquisition:

    • Source and onboard individual businesses to Wix’s eCommerce platform.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them leverage Wix's features to achieve their goals.

  3. Revenue Growth:

    • Drive measurable results, earning 100% commission for every new customer brought directly to Wix with GPV of over 5M$.

    • Earn a share of revenue generated by customers onboarded through agencies you’ve recruited.

  4. Strategic Collaboration:

    • Partner with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop resources, campaigns, and initiatives that enhance agency and customer adoption.

    • Share insights from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  5. Performance Tracking:

    • Use CRM and analytics tools to track leads, opportunities, and performance metrics.

    • Regularly report on progress towards targets and propose strategies for achieving goals.

 

At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates or candidates who can commute to our office in New York City. Our employees work in a flexible hybrid model and are expected to be in the office 2 times per week.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years in partnership management, business development, or sales, in the SaaS, specifically in the eCommerce industry.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with agencies and small-to-medium businesses.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics platforms.

  • Bonus points if you're familiar with top world E-commerce platforms, eCommerce trends, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Wix's eCom Platform team develops the best eCommerce platform in the world, a product that will allow Wix to provide a unified eCommerce infrastructure for all of its verticals, including Online Stores, Wix Bookings, Wix Events, Wix Restaurants, Wix Velo users, Agencies, and more. Our team plays a crucial role in Wix’s strategic focus on eCommerce and brings seamless and user-friendly experiences to our customers.

The approximate base compensation $120,000 - 140,000/year. In addition to the base pay this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
