Principal Financial Implementation Consultant (Healthcare)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Implementation Manager to help establish and lead our Product Support team here at Lendio. As the Technical Implementation Manager you will oversee our team of product support specialists, partner with our Product and Engineering teams, and collaborate with our Account Managers and Product Marketing team to establish and execute technical implementation plans for our Intelligent Lending & Embedded Lending customers.What You Will Own• Mentor, manage, and lead a team of 1+ Product Support Specialists.• Technical Implementation plans and execution for our Embedded Lending & Intelligent Lending SaaS products in addition to new Lenders joining our Marketplace platform.• Be the expert in Lendio’s SaaS products & the Lendio API• Collaborate with our Lender team, Account Managers, and Product Marketing team to ensure a smooth and seamless implementation process.• Coordinate with product/dev to stay up to date on upgrades / roadmap• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product support team and regularly report on team performance while providing insights and trends• Regularly evaluate and update our technical documentation to provide the most up-to-date and valuable information for our customers.• Manage the flow of technical support requests and keep relevant internal and external stakeholders informed.What You'll Need To Be Successful• Friendly personality and customer service skills.• 3+ years experience in a similar role.• Experience managing and leading a team in an external facing capacity.• Strong project management experience.• Excellent communication skills (technical, written, and verbal).• Understanding of best practices around API usage and implementation.Pay Range:Benefits• Be part of a high-performing, collaborative team, and have fun at work each day• Competitive pay• A full suite of traditional benefits• Untracked PTO (Paid Time-off)• 401(k) with company match• Company-contributed HSA• Onsite gym and standing desks• Wellness program• Discounted cellular plans• Company-contributed travel benefitGet to know Lendio:Lendio is the nation’s leading small business financial solutions provider, with a mission to help small businesses survive and thrive.
