Responsibilities

Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to user issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
Support and train users on HR management and productivity tools.

Assist in the configuration and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
Ensure systems are updated with patches and security updates.
Maintain accurate documentation for hardware and software configurations.
Develop user guides and FAQs for common IT issues.
Track and report on IT issues and user feedback.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
