We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is made of over 80 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story.
We are currently looking for a Influencer Marketing Manager to support our influencer marketing efforts and drive our expansion into the US market. We are open to meeting candidates with different levels of experience for this role.
Research, identify, and onboard new influencers to collaborate with Yepoda.
Manage and maintain relationships with 45+ influencers per month, ensuring continuous collaboration and high-sales results.
Act as the key point of contact between our brand, influencers, and their agencies, providing clear briefings aligned with our expectations.
Execute and optimise our Influencer Marketing strategy to achieve revenue growth targets and boost brand visibility.
Lead negotiations on performance metrics, deliverables, and budgets.
Analyse influencer marketing campaigns, continuously track KPIs, and generate insights for future collaborations.
Strong understanding of the US influencer landscape, with hands-on experience in the American market or a background that includes living in the US, offering familiarity with local trends.
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You graduated from studies in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Marketing, preferably in Influencer Marketing
Proven track record of achieving revenue KPI's/targets
You are focused on results, can think creatively, and have strong communication and negotiation skills
Passion for beauty, numbers & social media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)
You have a hands-on attitude and you take ownership
Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets etc.).
Experience with Hubspot and Storyclash are a plus
