The Analytics Marketing Intern plays a critical role in optimizing our social and creator ecosystem through analytics and insights-driven optimization. This role will support campaign planning and execution by identifying data trends, and measuring creator and social content across various data platforms. By improving reporting workflows and ensuring cross-functional alignment, the intern will help drive smarter decision-making, enhance program efficiency, and maximize the impact of our partnerships. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented intern to support a variety of analytics, project management, and resource optimization initiatives. This role will involve working with various platforms and tools such as CreatorIQ (CIQ), Khoros, Asana, Slack, and Google Drive to ensure data quality, streamline processes, and support marketing and team operations. As part of your role, you'll also be contributing to the development of insightful analytics playbooks, performing market research, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance overall project efficiency.

Analytics Projects:

  • Conduct data validation and quality control efforts for platforms like CIQ and Khoros.
  • Perform audits and ensure consistent tagging of historical data in CIQ and Khoros.
  • Regularly audit data to maintain and improve data hygiene across platforms.
  • Analyze historical performance data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for strategy adjustments based on data analysis.

Asana-Specific Projects:

  • Design and build reusable project templates for recurring tasks such as campaign analysis and reporting cycles.
  • Standardize task descriptions, subtasks, and timelines for consistency and efficiency.
  • Explore and implement Asana's automation features to minimize manual work, including task assignments and status updates.
  • Set up streamlined workflows to enhance project management processes.

Slack Integrations:

  • Assist with integrating Slack with other tools and platforms to improve communication and automate workflows.
  • Set up Slack reminders, notifications, or integrations to streamline project updates and team communications.

Google Drive Organization & Resource Management:

  • Audit, clean, and organize Google Drive folders for improved team accessibility and workflow efficiency.
  • Compile, categorize, and update internal marketing resources, ensuring consistency across the team.
  • Organize and maintain resource libraries for external partners and creators, ensuring up-to-date access to assets, guidelines, and materials.

Analytics Playbook Development:

  • Compile a comprehensive playbook that outlines best practices for key metrics, data sources, and reporting procedures.
  • Include guidance on interpreting and applying data insights effectively to inform strategy.

Mini Research Projects:

  • Conduct market or competitive analysis focused on competitor social or creator programs, presenting your findings to the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Attend team meetings and identify areas where data-driven insights could improve project outcomes and strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in analytics, project management, and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools like CIQ, Khoros, Asana, Slack, and Google Drive, or a willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize large volumes of data.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys problem-solving and driving efficiency improvements.

This position offers an hourly rate typically between $ 24.00 hourly - $ 28.00 hourly commensurate to the level of degree program in which an applicant is actively enrolled. Logitech offers interns benefits of Paid Holidays, and access to Employee Product Discounts.
