As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to our cutting-edge solutions. Your role will focus on qualifying leads and setting up meetings for our Enterprise Account Executive(s). You’ll work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities, communicate our value proposition, and drive the growth of our business.
What you’ll do:
Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and other sales tools.
Educate potential clients on you.com’s AI-powered solutions and how they address business challenges.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and level of interest in harnessing technology.
Schedule high-quality meetings and product demos for Account Executives to advance the sales cycle.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, follow-ups, and targeted outreach to optimize lead flow.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
Meet or exceed monthly quotas for outreach, lead generation, and meetings scheduled.
Stay up-to-date on AI trends, our products, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.
Provide feedback to the team on market insights, customer objections, and product demand.
What you’ll need:
• 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar role, preferably in technology, SaaS, or AI-related industries.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly and concisely.
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to exceed goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
• Demonstrated ability to research and identify potential customers within a target market.
• A passion for AI technology and a curiosity to understand its applications across industries.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
