Product Marketing Manager

About the role:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Director for our enterprise genAI product. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in product marketing, focusing on enterprise software. This role involves developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of our products to customers and partners.

What you'll do:

  • Understand our buyers, their buying criteria and process, the market, and our competitors.

  • Lead marketing efforts for assigned product(s) & industries, deeply understanding the target audiences' everyday challenges and succinctly explaining how our product helps solve customer problems.

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, marketing content designers and writers, and product developers to shape effective marketing content.

  • Create sales enablement materials to support the CRO, Sales team and channel partners.

  • Leverage account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to nurture high-potential accounts and funnel high-quality leads to sales teams.

  • Utilize marketing automation to streamline steps in the process, such as lead nurturing and personalization of marketing efforts.

  • Plan and execute event sponsorships to generate valuable leads, meetings, and new contacts.

  • Develop lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.

  • Build relationships with external vendors and key stakeholders.

What you need:

  • 3+ years of product marketing/marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders such as engineering, marketing, and customer support to meet the needs of business clients.

  • Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through self and others under time pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to remotely create and manage marketing strategies.

  • Great writer, presenter, and storyteller who can deliver technical content in clear, concise, and compelling language.

  • Experience in agile marketing: Identify and focus on high-value projects and continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.

  • Experience in creating sales enablement materials, ABM, marketing automation, event sponsorships, and lead generation.

  • Experience marketing technical solutions (API’s, SDK,s etc)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
