Part of the Palatinate Group, Your Golf Travel is the World's largest golf travel business, offering golf breaks and golf holidays to over 3,000 destinations in 22 countries throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe and the Rest of the World. The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our customer operations team as an Operations Executive. As the world's leading golf travel tour operator we pride ourselves on being number one and with this in mind, our customers deserve to receive first-class service to match.

As an Operations Executive with Your Golf Travel you will primarily be responsible for responding to all pre-departure modifications and cancellations and you will be responsible for booking operations and communicating with our customers and Suppliers by telephone, email, chat, or letter.

If you have a passion for travel and golf, great communication skills and an eye for detail then we would love to hear from you. Golf experience isn't essential however as golf is something you will be communicating about day to day, an interest will be valuable.

As the role will be part of a brand new team there will be great opportunities for progression and personal development as we continue to grow our team and carry on our journey as the world's leading golf travel specialist.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with customer and suppliers via phone, email and webchat
  • Working with a high volume of bookings and managing booking amendments
  • Ensuring the completion of customer requests in accordance with the set SLA's
  • Ensure compliance with all business operating procedures
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service or service related role
  • Travel experience would be a benefit but not essential
  • Great attention to detail and administration skills and a high level of computer literacy as you will be working with a variety of systems.
  • Polite, professional and enthusiastic telephone manner
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • An interest in golf
