What You'll Be Doing

We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Content Operations Expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing content strategies that amplify our brand voice and engage our audience across various digital platforms. 

Content Crafting & Innovation: Lead the conceptualization and production of content that resonates with our audience, driving brand awareness and loyalty through WeChat and other new media channels.

Platform Management: Ensure the seamless daily operation of our digital platforms, including content scheduling, user interaction, and performance monitoring. Campaign Execution: Design and execute online initiatives that attract and retain users, with a focus on conversion and growth. 

Strategic Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that inform and refine our content strategies. 

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in fields such as Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, English, Finance, or a related field. Top-tier university graduates are preferred. 
  • Native-level Chinese speaker with fluent English communication skills, capable of producing high-quality bilingual content. 
  • At least two years of experience in new media content operations, with a proven track record of successful WeChat and short video platform management. Experience in the foreign exchange industry is a must. 
  • Adept at crafting compelling narratives with exceptional copywriting skills, reflecting our brand’s unique voice.
  • Skilled in utilizing data analytics tools to optimize content performance and drive strategic decisions. 
  • A team player with strong leadership qualities, adept at coordinating resources and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
