The role:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Brand Media Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing media campaigns for our three exciting brands (L24, f+, THV). This role focuses on driving brand growth through strategic planning and optimization of cross-channel campaigns, with a strong emphasis on digital platforms such as YouTube, Online Video (OLV), and Connected TV (CTV). Your tasks:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel media campaigns with a primary focus on digital channels (YouTube, CTV); offline channels (TV, Radio) are a plus.

  • Analyze and report on key KPIs to measure campaign success and guide improvements.

  • Manage relationships with media agencies, saleshouses, and partners to ensure optimal media buying strategies.

  • Identify and evaluate new media channels to increase reach and build brand KPIs.

  • Collaborate closely with creative, data analytics, and business teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

  • Oversee and steer media budgets effectively to achieve maximum impact.

  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.

  • 3–5 years of experience in media planning and management, ideally across both client and agency roles.

  • Proven expertise in YouTube/OLV campaign planning and execution; experience with TV and Radio is a strong plus.
