Deine Aufgaben:

  • Konzipiere und implementiere CRM-Maßnahmen für unsere Lotterie freiheit+ (www.freiheitplus.de) und setze dabei Deine Kreativität, speziell im Bereich Text, voll ein

  • Erstelle und optimiere datenbasierte Kampagnen für alle Touchpoints des Kundenlebenszyklus und bringe diese personalisiert und automatisiert nach Kundensegment zum Einsatz

  • Validiere neue Ideen über A/B-Tests und Kundenbefragungen und nutze die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Kampagnen

  • Optimiere die Kampagnenaussteuerung über die Kanäle E-Mail, Onsite und Social Media hinweg und berücksichtige hierbei auch Input aus dem Brand & Performance Marketing

  • Baue über Social Media eine Community von Menschen auf, die sich für unsere Marke und die daraus resultierenden Projekte begeistern 

Was du mitbringst:

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medien-, Wirtschafts- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften und mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich CRM, Consumer Marketing oder E-Commerce

  • Du liebst es, kreative Texte zu schreiben und mit Sprache zu arbeiten, um Kunden zu inspirieren

  • Du hast Spaß, die Dinge aus der Kundenperspektive zu betrachten, und Du fühlst Dich sicher darin, Menschen von ihrem großen Gewinn träumen zu lassen

  • Du bist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer und arbeitest gerne im Endkunden-Marketing-Umfeld; darüber hinaus vernetzt Du dich mit Kollegen:innen aus Design, Data, Customer Operations, Market Research und Product Management, um optimale Maßnahmen zu entwickeln

  • Du begeisterst Dich für den Auf- und Ausbau einer loyalen Kundenbasis
