Aider les propriétaires à concrétiser leurs projets de vie plus rapidement. Grâce à notre méthode exclusive "Co-Agents", les ventes sont optimisées : plusieurs agents collaborent sur chaque bien, mutualisant leurs acheteurs potentiels et se partageant équitablement les commissions. 

Avec cette vision unique de l'immobilier, nous avons levé plus de 36 millions d'euros auprès de Sequoia Capital (investisseurs derrière Apple, Google, etc.) et Zigg Capital. 

Au sein de l'équipe "Account Executive Business", tu seras un acteur clé dans la croissance de Zefir en développant notre communauté d’agents immobiliers.

Le rôle et tes challenges

  • Prendre en charge l’ensemble du cycle de vente : stratégie de prospection, qualification, closing, onboarding.

  • Identifier des agents à fort potentiel et bâtir un pipeline solide.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes Account Management et Ops pour optimiser les processus internes.

  • Participer à la construction d'une marketplace immobilière unique, favorisant la collaboration entre agents immobiliers.

À propos de toi

  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en prospection et closing B2B, idéalement dans un environnement avec peu ou pas de leads entrants.

  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer un volume important d’appels.

  • Esprit entrepreneurial et goût pour la mise en place de nouveaux processus.

  • Tu souhaites évoluer dans une startup ambitieuse avec un impact direct sur les résultats.

Contrat et rémunération

  • CDI — Cadre au forfait jour.
