As a Producer at Zinc, you will be responsible for finding and selecting stories and producing high-quality videos on different topics. This will include scripting the videos, finding contributors and archives, overseeing remote crews, working with animators and the edit team, and guiding them through the process.
You will oversee scheduling, ensuring that all production milestones are hit, and all assets are delivered on time and to a high editorial and creative standard. You will take responsibility for driving the project forward, working with our accounts, digital and project management teams to ensure the smooth delivery of the project. You do not need any shooting or directing skills.
As a video producer, you will have significant experience in the edit, and writing clear, attention-grabbing scripts. You will be a master of conveying complex information simply and concisely. You will be able to take complex research and turn it into compelling video ideas, identifying the most effective hooks for a story and suggesting creative and engaging treatments to appeal to our target audiences in different countries. You will know how to make a film stand out visually, and how to find great archive. You will have experience working with motion graphics and animation.
