Your Role:

Zip is looking for a Corporate Event Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our most impactful events, creating unforgettable experiences that drive pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate revenue growth.

In this role, you will own all corporate brand and pipeline maturation events. This includes everything from our flagship annual conference, Zip Forward, to Zip Exec Summits—intimate roadshows in key geographies—and tailored field events, closing dinners, and experiences that help drive deals to closure. You will also support our Head of Enterprise Transformation in scaling the Zip Accelerator program, delivering virtual and in-person product boot camps. Additionally, you will launch and manage the Zip Executive Briefing Center at our San Francisco HQ, designed to facilitate 1:1 executive closing events.

You’ll partner closely with our event production agency, managing the relationship to ensure seamless execution of all production elements for complex, high-impact events.

This position is ideal for someone with exceptional organizational skills, creative vision, and a passion for delivering events that build brand affinity and drive measurable revenue impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee Zip Forward: Lead the production of Zip’s flagship annual conference, ensuring flawless execution and measurable business impact.

  • Launch the Zip Executive Briefing Center: Build and execute Zip’s first-ever executive briefing program, providing immersive, personalized experiences for high-priority accounts.

  • Drive Field Events: Collaborate with sales to create and execute field events, closing dinners, and custom experiences that help advance and close deals.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure event strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

  • Manage Event Production Agencies: Oversee external agencies, ensuring seamless logistics, AV setup, and all production elements for high-complexity events.

  • Track and Optimize Results: Measure the impact of events on pipeline generation, maturation, and closed-won deals. Refine strategies and continuously improve ROI through data-driven insights.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of event marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments at iconic brands.

  • Proven ability to manage flagship conferences, executive summits, and high-production events, including working with event production agencies.

  • Experience building new programs or initiatives from the ground up, showcasing strong creativity and strategic thinking.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams and deliver impactful experiences.

  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or event platforms such as Splash.

  • A results-driven mindset with demonstrated success tracking and optimizing event impact on pipeline and revenue.

  • Willingness to travel for events as needed (up to 30%).

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
