Executive & Business Operations Assistant

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and trustworthy – someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools, and feels completely at home navigating digital platforms, spreadsheets, and online systems.

You’ll be the right hand to the two founders, helping them stay focused, organized, and efficient across multiple business lines and personal projects. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple responsibilities, pivot quickly, and bring a sense of calm and clarity to fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Executive support for both founders (calendar, inbox, travel, etc.)
  • Communication support (triaging emails/messages)
  • Personal assistant tasks (booking appointments, follow-ups)
  • Light research and tool comparisons
  • Financial/admin support (expenses, tracking, categorizing)
  • Bonus if you bring skills in any of: People Ops, Project Management, Tech, or Ecommerce

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of Executive Assistant experience or similar
  • Digitally fluent: Google Workspace, spreadsheets, task tracking tools, and more
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Fast learner, independent, and excited to grow with the business

Our Recruitment Process

  • Video Interview
  • 20-minute take-home skills test
  • 30-minute Call with the Recruiter (project, benefits, etc.)
  • Interviews directly with the client (depending on the project the # of interviews may vary, this may include an assessment)
  • Final Offer
  • Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
  • Vacation: 10 business days a year
  • Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
  • Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Zipdev Day)
