Technical Account Manager - Costa Rica
Zscaler is a pioneer in cloud security and is looking for a Technical Account Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and solutions for enterprise clients, utilizing advanced security technology.
Skills
- Experience in web and email security solutions.
- Network troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark.
- Communication and engagement with clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage resolution of customers' technical service issues related to Zscaler products.
- Work alongside Field Sales Team for product deployment.
- Handle implementation and consulting projects.
- Assist Support team with escalations and be available for on-call duties.
- Provide product training and updates to Premium Support customers.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent certifications.
