About this role
BlackRock is looking for an administrative assistant for the Wealth Sales Switzerland team. The team is responsible for BlackRock's wealth client base (Private and Savings Banks, Independent Financial Advisors, Asset Managers and Multi-Family Offices) across German- and French speaking Switzerland.
The administrative assistant will be based in Zurich and primarily support the Wealth Sales Switzerland and in addition the ICB Team on the ground by providing administrative, organizational, and logistical support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
