B2B Event Specialist

As our B2B Event Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing impactful events that strengthen FeedbackFruits' presence in the higher education community. You will lead the organization of conferences, trade shows, and company-hosted events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum engagement. Working closely with our Head of Brand and cross-functional teams, you will manage all aspects of event planning, logistics, and execution while also contributing to strategic event initiatives.

Our event strategy is designed to extend our thought leadership, foster meaningful connections, and enhance brand visibility worldwide. FeedbackFruits sponsors numerous global events, organizes an annual conference, and actively engages with target audiences through live and digital events. This role provides the opportunity to take ownership of event management, from concept to execution, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.



🎯 About the job:

Conference & Event Management (60%)

  • Plan and execute FeedbackFruits' presence at industry conferences and trade shows.

  • Manage booth setup, design, and logistics, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.

  • Oversee event registrations, sponsorship agreements, and exhibitor logistics.

  • Manage and order event materials, uniforms, and merchandise.

  • Organize travel, accommodation, and itineraries for attending team members.

  • Coordinate on-site execution, ensuring seamless setup, staffing, and lead capture.

Strategic Planning & Performance Optimization (20%)

  • Develop and execute quarterly and yearly event strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Select and prioritize key conferences, trade shows, and company-hosted events based on ROI and growth impact.

  • Establish and track KPIs such as lead generation, brand engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising impact.

  • Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering insights to refine strategy and improve future execution.

Event Marketing & Promotional Materials (20%)

  • Work with the marketing team to develop event assets, including landing pages, flyers, banners, and social media content.

  • Support in the creation of event-specific email campaigns and advertising materials.

  • Develop and manage pre-event outreach strategies to drive booth traffic and session attendance.

  • Align outreach efforts with marketing campaigns and sales goals to maximize engagement.

  • Support post-event communications, including thank-you emails and recap materials.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all event-related materials.

Your experience:

Scale-ups provide phenomenal learning and development opportunities but sometimes it feels like you’re “building the plane while flying the plane”. You must derive energy from such a climate and don’t mind redesigning for continuous growth, feeling comfortable with some uncertainty.

You have:

  • 2/3 years of experience in B2B event planning, coordination, or management, preferably in a edtech or tech environment.

  • Proven ability to organize and execute conferences and trade shows, from planning to execution.

  • Experience with Hubspot is a big plus

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with digital campaigns, and content strategy is a plus.
