About the Role:
As a Buyer Recruitment Lead for HLTH and VIVE, you will play a pivotal role in building, nurturing and securing a high-value network of decision makers, procurement leads and buyers across HLTH USA, ViVE and HLTH Europe.
You will serve as a strategic relationship builder and ambassador for our Market Connect and Provider and Payer Connect programs, focused on both acquisition and retention of qualified buyers. This includes cultivating relationships with current accounts, identifying new buyer segments, and proactively sourcing individuals and groups who are aligned with our mission to accelerate health innovation.
WIth a target-driven mindset, you will need to bring a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals across multiple event portfolios simultaneously. Adaptability, time management, and the ability to prioritize are essential for success.
You are a excellent and confident communicator and presenter, able to engage prospects both virtually via the phone/video calls and in person. This role will require you to take advantage of, and be creative with, all means of outreach in order to build relationships with the right buyers and partners to drive participation in our Connect programs.
