Learning and Development Training Coordinator

We’re on the lookout for a Learning & Development (L&D) coordinator in a fast-paced, dynamic support role within our organization. The L&D coordinator will be an “ambassador” of the North America L&D group and will be responsible for logistical support activities related to the region’s L&D initiatives.

 

You will report to the North America L&D Manager and will be responsible for:

 

  • Coordinating the set-up of training sessions in our learning management system (SAP/Connected Learning)
  • Occasionally acting in the Producer’s role of learning sessions in Cisco Webex, Teams, and other meeting management tools
  • Networking throughout the organization to nurture the North America’s L&D group’s reputation throughout the company
  • Posting pre-approved announcements and other L&D communications through Compass (our intranet), Teams, Viva Engage, and email
  • Participating in process improvement discussions
  • Performing miscellaneous administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as required

 

Ideally, you’ll have experience performing work with a high degree of multi-tasking, problem-solving, and prioritization of workload. A solid grasp of the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as SharePoint is required. These computer skills, excellent customer service and organizational skills will hold you in good stead to be successful in this role. At same time, the ideal candidate will be eager to learn new things.
