This is the role and main tasks

The Sales Development Representative at Stibo Systems is not your typical "SDR" role. The team we are building is not only responsible for qualifying leads and building pipeline, but also much more than that. Stibo Systems will give you a unique opportunity to build out your knowledge and experience in the fast-paced IT/Tech market as we work with the global leaders in our space.

You will have close contact with your Sales and Field Marketing partners to support your daily work and future development.  This position will report to the NA & LATAM, Team Leader and will be based in our Atlanta office for a minimum of 1 day per-week.

You will be focused on supporting the growth of our four key verticals (retail, manufacturing, CPG & logistics) to work Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and profile key accounts through to Sales Accepted Leads (SAL).

More specifically, you will:

  • Cover the North America region where you will drive and successfully execute sales and business development activities that result in lead generation and opportunity creation within net new prospects, customers and partners.
  • Work closely with your Sales partners to drive opportunities within target accounts.
  • Profile existing accounts looking for cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with regional partners to support sales efforts and calling days.
  • Work daily with your Field Marketing team to focus on the MQLs/Accounts that matter.
  • Be targeted on a monthly number of opportunities created and quarterly MBO’s.

Working within the global demand generation team you will be tightly aligned with the field marketeers in building and qualifying leads.  Your team will be 10+ BDR & SDR members located across the global, all with unique challenges and views of the market.  The team members vary in experience from graduates up to seasoned pros like yourself.
