Duties & Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative:

  • Consult with homeowners at appointments we have scheduled for you.
  • Diagnose the issues they are experiencing with their home and design the best solution for them.
  • Draft proposals for each homeowner which include photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists and job worksheets.
  • Attend Monday weekly sales meetings and additional trainings in Menasha.

  • A highly motivated professional individual
  • Willingness to travel to customer's homes as scheduled.
  • Strong listening, and consulting skills
  • Ability to enter a crawlspace.
  • Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl.
  • A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company.
  • Skill in operating computer software
