As a Safety, Environmental, and Training (SET) Specialist, you'll streamline record-keeping tasks, ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations. You'll develop and maintain compliance documentation, assess training needs, and oversee systems for accurate record-keeping. Additionally, you'll participate in audits, inspections, and field visits to support the SET team.

Assess environmental risks and recommend actions, leading implementation and documentation
Develop and maintain compliance documentation, engaging in voluntary environmental programs
Research and share compliance standards, providing vital information and tools
Manage record-keeping tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and documentation
Participate in audits, inspections, investigations, and field visits
Assess training needs, procure solutions, and maintain accurate records for audits
Other duties as assigned
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Physical Science, or Learning & Development
Preferred: At least one (1) year of relevant experience
Other Requirements:
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills and ability to learn company software applications
