As a Safety, Environmental, and Training (SET) Specialist, you'll streamline record-keeping tasks, ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations. You'll develop and maintain compliance documentation, assess training needs, and oversee systems for accurate record-keeping. Additionally, you'll participate in audits, inspections, and field visits to support the SET team.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Assess environmental risks and recommend actions, leading implementation and documentation

  • Develop and maintain compliance documentation, engaging in voluntary environmental programs

  • Research and share compliance standards, providing vital information and tools

  • Manage record-keeping tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and documentation

  • Participate in audits, inspections, investigations, and field visits

  • Assess training needs, procure solutions, and maintain accurate records for audits

  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Physical Science, or Learning & Development

  • Preferred: At least one (1) year of relevant experience

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills and ability to learn company software applications

$60,900 - $79,000 - $97,300
