Data Services Representative
This is a remote work from home opportunity. We are looking for a remote Data Services Representative in the Philippines.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative, and high-performance environment. You will be responsible for achieving the program goals and objectives. You must be willing to work on a graveyard shift.
Salary: PHP 30,000 Base + 10,000 KPI Bonus
- More than 2 years of experience as Data Analyst
- Excellent at working with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Excellent in Research and Analytics.
- Complex thinker / Technical Thinker (to understand the Products and Services provided by the customers they will be supporting)
- Must possess your own laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications:
- Processor: Core i5 or higher
- RAM: 8GB or higher
- Must have a reliable internet connection with the following bandwidth requirements:
- Minimum Download Speed: 6 Mbps
- Minimum Upload Speed: 6 Mbps
- Work with the client's Customer Success team to understand the Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) of each customer
- Create saved queries within the provided databases to reflect the information provided and outlined on the Ideal Customer Profile’s
- Review “Preview Files” of data provided in saved queries
- Confirm Titles, Companies (Firmographics) align with the Customer ICP
- Maintain documentation, tracking, and reporting for data provided:
- Per Customers
- Per Team Member
- Work from home
