Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our growing team in Czechia. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, drive talent strategies, and partner with hiring managers to attract top-tier professionals across a range of functions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, growth-driven organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions across multiple departments.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic guidance.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals).
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on both technical and cultural fit.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy.
  • Stay updated on the local Romanian, Czech and Moldovan talent market and provide market intelligence insights.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters as needed.


Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level or niche roles.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, international or matrixed organization.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience with various recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience to hire product-mind set candidates from RO, MD & CZ location
  • Fluency in English and Czech.
  • Experience with ATS (e.g., Lever,, Workday) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.

  • Preferred:
  • Familiarity with Romanian, Czech and Moldovan labor market regulations and trends.
  • Prior exposure to diversity hiring or global recruiting practices.
