We are seeking an HR Operations Representative responsible for providing support to the HR team in a variety of areas, including HR policy and benefits administration, employee records management, onboarding and offboarding processes, and visa applications.
Responsibilities:
Assist with employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll
Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation
Facilitate onboarding processes for employees
Support with visa applications, issuance, renewals, monitoring, and compliance
Provide occasional HR support to employees in other regions (Europe and Asia)
Collaborate with the global team for mobility and HR projects
You may be a good fit, if you have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
2-5 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or related areas (HR experience is a plus but not required)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong cross-functional communication and problem solving skills
The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
A kind and collaborative nature and work style
Additional Information:
This position is part-time (20 hours per week)
